Up to this point, you have defined work shifts and assigned work queues among cranes. Now, you must refine the crane plan to avoid crane interferences (bumps), handle shift overruns, and meet your delivery time commitments.
Refining the crane plan increases the accuracy of predicted container move times and helps you better plan your labor usage as well as meet your service requirements. It includes:
